Amagno.AI Autopilot knows your documents.

Amagno.AI is based on the worldwide knowledge of the GPT 4o Mini. Based on this knowledge, Amagno.AI Autopilot understands the content of your documents based on the text.

On this basis, the autopilot automatically tries to recognize the most important data from each document: document type (e.g. “contract”), the document subtype (e.g. “employment contract” or “leasing contract”), sender, recipient and the document date. This provides you with a perfect basis for organizing your documents and setting up business processes.

EN16931 Amagno already recognizes documents in the standard function scope. But what about all the other invoices? The autopilot automatically recognizes the most relevant data from invoices and, for example, on the basis of scans or PDFs. This considerably simplifies the transfer to banking solutions, ERP or financial accounting. Including line items.

Availability

Amagno.AI is provided in combination with organizations as a Technology Preview in the Business Cloud (DE) from version 7.1.

The Amagno Service will explicitly inform customers, partners and interested parties about the specific availability.

The provision of the global chat with all prepared shelves is planned from version 7.2. Currently included: The chat with 1-x specific files, recognition of basic document data, recognition of “other invoices” (PDF, scans, etc.).
