AMAGNO was introduced to the company in 2016 as a document management system which maps all the processes, starting from simple documentation filing to sophisticated workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

Because of the company’s increasing documentation demand, Neuromedex GmbH was striving for optimization of its processes and therefore looking for an innovative solution for document management. The requirement was a user-friendly, intuitive and workflow-oriented software solution.
In cooperation with a specialized consulting company, Neuromedex carried out a tender. After several extensive presentations by various providers and comparison of content and commercial criteria, the decision was made in favour of AMAGNO. The complete mapping of all possible applications in AMAGNO was one of the advantages of the system over the other software solutions.

IMPLEMENTATION

The integration of AMAGNO digital document management into the daily activities of Neuromedex GmbH began in 2016. At first, the resources required for the implementation were underestimated, so the integration could not have taken place as it was initially planned. A successful integration of the AMAGNO workflow was achieved by viewing each of the business areas as a separate project under the direction of the commercial manager of the company.

Neuromedex started with the sales department, where the emphasis was on achieving organized storage. The implementation in the management, accounting, purchasing and marketing departments gradually followed, making it possible for the complex processes to be easily handled via simple workflows.

In the future, Neuromedex plans to integrate AMAGNO into other business areas, thus optimizing the processes even further.
