As part of ISO 9001 certification in 2016, the company decided to make its processes more efficient, transparent and flexible. In order to achieve this, the factory decided to implement AMAGNO’s Digital Management System solution.

REQUIREMENTS
In 2016, the cardboard factory began to adapt its processes to meet the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. At the same time, there was a wish to map the company’s internal process chain digitally so that it can be optimized, leading to greater internal transparency and traceability.
The team therefore began to look for a Digital Management System (DMS) that would transfer their structure to the system and allow them to build their own workflows.
IMPLEMENTATION
After some research, the company came across AMAGNO through one of its sales partners, who was very enthusiastic about AMAGNO’s implementation. After several discussions and a test phase, AMAGNO was able to convince the company of its advantages.
In practice, AMAGNO maps extensive workflows at Oldenburger Kartonagenfabrik and at the same time acts as an archive. The company’s accounting department works with a complex invoice workflow in which both the incoming and outgoing invoice transactions are digitally mapped. In the sales area, offer and order processing also have their individual workflows.
The partner companies also work with DMS. Currently, however, AMAGNO only serves as a file and document repository. For the future, there are plans to integrate the digital document management into the processes of the partner companies and optimize them via appropriate workflows.

Secondly, AMAGNO enables processes to be accelerated and tracked through individually configurable workflows, thus saving costs and time. This is particularly helpful in case of employee illnesses or changes in personnel.
What the company particularly appreciates is the fast search function. All the important documents can be searched on the go whenever a customer is calling. Thanks to this intuitive feature, requests can now be processed much faster.
