REQUIREMENTS

Unilift needed an EDMS that would let them capture and transfer meta-data in documents, and communicate with other systems. As well as this purely “virtual” requirement, there was also a “real” one when the company site expanded. Employees had to carry important paperwork around different offices, risking data loss and delays. Unilift decided that it would be much more efficient to give employees access to a central document management system, to work on files together.

IMPLEMENTATION

Unilift has benefitted a lot from the electronic document management system. All documents are now brought together in AMAGNO as the central repository, automatically classified and distributed to existing workflows. Documents are then processed and archived in a secure, legally-compliant manner.
AMAGNO has brought a lot more efficiency and productivity, as well as happier employees! Everyone has mentioned how much more they enjoy working on important things, relying on AMAGNO to take care of the paperwork!
