REQUIREMENTS
A massive amount of data, which the organization had to deal with every day, led to a more confusing data structure and long search time. An intelligent digital document repository was needed to solve these problems and to be able to find documents using full text search instead of a manual search. In addition, the system was to reduce the costs and lead time to a minimum. While searching for process optimization solutions, the company became aware of AMAGNO.
IMPLEMENTATION
Currently, Zürcher Kantonalverband uses AMAGNO exclusively as an alternative archiving option to Windows Explorer. In the future, however, the company would like to expand its internal processes with digital workflows and interfaces. An automatic invoice workflow will ensure greater efficiency and ease of work, especially in accountancy.
The working efficiency is increased thanks to numerous integrated features. As the amount of data increases, so do the system requirements. As a result of intensive work with the digital system management, the employees of the cantonal association continue to learn and expand their use of AMAGNO, therefore optimizing the existing processes.
