REQUIREMENTS
ACC Columbia Jet Service GmbH has four locations and around 100 employees. The biggest challenge for the company was the time and personnel consuming document processing within its individual locations. There was a lot of paper and redundant copies being produced.
The goal for the document management system was to reduce paper consumption by 50% and to store the documents digitally, creating at the same time faster, location-independent access for employees.
IMPLEMENTATION
AMAGNO started the first test phase with a small number of users and expanded to the other departments within a few months. The flexible user licence model made the rapid expansion possible. All the relevant documents are now stored in AMAGNO. The departments use AMAGNO’s digital stamps for their business processes. The accounting department uses the DATEV interface for the automated transfer of receipt data from AMAGNO to accounting.
AMAGNO SCORES HIGH
The use of the DMS/ECM solution has been tested as a corporate solution over many years. An alternative solution has been tested at one of the sites, but in the end the magnetic document management system AMAGNO was able to win the customer over very quickly.
ACC COLUMBIA Jet Service GmbH opted for AMAGNO for many reasons. The latest software solution from Oldenburg, which was awarded Germany’s ECM Award in 2013, proved to be very innovative, quick to implement, and customizable with a new pricing and license model.
