That was it: The DIGITAL FUTUREcongress 2019 in Essen
And now it’s over again: this year’s Digital FUTUREcongress in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. It is one of the largest congress fairs in the state when it comes to digitisation for medium-sized businesses and municipalities. With our document management software AMAGNO we will not miss the second edition of this mega-event.
More than 160 national and international exhibitors informed the approximately 4,000 interested visitors about their innovative products and services, held stimulating discussions and exchanged information about current digitization technologies and possible developments. Not only fascinating hologram techniques and cute robots could be admired by the digital-savvy audience, but also workshops and exciting lectures such as those of our CEO Jens Büscher.
The lecture told of the tremendous fear that the speed of digital transformation brings with it and its naturalness. Never before in the history of mankind have we had to jump on a train full of developments that passed us by so quickly. Now we need to see this disruption as an opportunity and take advantage of it to stay one step ahead of the competition with smart strategies.
In order to prepare successfully for this path, central topics such as digitisation, work 4.0, process optimisation and cyber security offered an excellent opportunity to recognise the opportunities and possibilities of digitisation, to expand valuable competences and to exchange interesting ideas, solutions and experiences more intensively in personal discussions.
