Focus Business: Amagno 2021 again recognized as a top employer

Oldenburg, January 15, 2021 – For the second time in a row, the Oldenburg-based software company Amagno has been named a “Top Medium-Sized Employer 2021” by Focus Business, joining IT companies such as Red Hat, sevDesk, Autodesk, InVision and JobRouter in the top rankings.

This year, Amagno GmbH & Co. KG is pleased to have been named a “Top Medium-Sized Employer” by Focus Business. Amagno not only convinces with its innovative and trend-setting digital document management software, but also with a very high employee satisfaction.

This is the fourth time that Focus Business, together with the Internet platform kununu, has presented Germany’s “Top Medium-Sized Employers”. This year, the Focus editorial team took a closer look at around 950,000 companies and more than four million ratings from employees on the kununu rating portal. Selection criteria such as the size of the company, their recommendation rate, the number of ratings, but also their rating average were decisive for the rankings. A total of 4,000 companies received an award this year based on their ratings.

As one of the most relevant ECM providers, Amagno is very pleased to receive the Top Employer award. But pure software development in general is not witchcraft. While the software manufacturer sees its intuitive digital document management as an important component of the company, Amagno’s CEO Jens Büscher believes it takes much more than that to operate successfully as a company:
