Instant on business workflows with the new Amagno 6 ECM

Oldenburg, 14 June 2021. Better productivity through digital documents and processes – that is the promise of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) provider Amagno from Lower Saxony. With its recently released version 6, the Amagno Business Cloud shows itself with free, immediately usable standard workflows, new branding and promises even faster handling of large amounts of data.

Long awaited and finally here: version 6 of Amagno, the Lower Saxony-based software manufacturer for digital document management. In recent months, the Corona crisis has shown how vulnerable companies are due to their analogue processes and how damaging lengthy and bulky paper-based ways of working can be. Digital companies, on the other hand, show themselves to be much more resilient. That is why Amagno has made it its mission to help companies digitise their processes and adopt a mobile way of working, even in difficult times.

“One of the biggest hurdles for companies on their way to digitalisation is the rapid implementation of business processes. With our Amagno Version 6 and the integrated Solution Store, we have created a way for companies to make their analogue processes simple and digital – quickly, easily and free of charge,” explains founder and managing director Jens Büscher.

“Accounting, applicant management, contract management… We asked ourselves how we can support companies in quickly making their processes digital. The answer is our Solution Store,” Büscher reveals. From classic invoice approval processes to sales and procurement processes, it offers free standard solutions from which users can choose their desired solution and adapt it to their processes and workflows.

Optimisations in scaling and performance

In addition to many new features, Amagno paid special attention to improved scaling and stronger performance of the Amagno Business Cloud when releasing version 6. Also new are multiple operations that enable the simultaneous stamping of content, an expanded functional scope of the Rest API as well as the integration of a new printer driver for print import in Amagno. A special eye-catcher is the new Amagno design, which now also reaches the clients of the Amagno Business Cloud with the software update of version 6.

“We are pleased that with Amagno version 6 we are not only able to present our clients with the new design and our Solution Store, but that they also benefit from improved scaling and stronger performance with the system update,” summarises Büscher.
