REQUIREMENTS
In the beginning, the automotive service needed a digital incoming invoice workflow, with possible digitalization of other departments. The processes had to be documented clearly so that no data is lost, and the stagnating processes are traceable.
Auto Magic wanted to integrate a software that would provide transparency, rights management, user restriction and stamping functions with a potential for creation of its own workflow. Additionally, the software had to be a smooth solution with no paid upgrade option.
IMPLEMENTATION
Auto Magic has been enjoying the use of AMAGNO since April 2018. The integration process began with the incoming invoice workflow in the accounting department. The implementation of the system in other departments and access to external accounting followed.
A connection to the existing E-Banking system as well as the transfer of personnel files, starting from different workflows of logging in/logging out to archiving, are yet to be implemented in the future work with AMAGNO. This will be achieved by implementation of a submittal system with pop-up messages, contracts, verifications, delegations and wage accounting.
