REQUIREMENTS
The high stock of files and the long document retention period made it difficult for the expert office to search for and find relevant information. In addition, the continuous growth of the company led to more personnel and additional paperwork. Therefore, digital document management was needed.
Version control was at the top of the feature wish list. Changes and unintentional deletions had to be traceable and, when necessary, reversed. Since the DMS was to be used for daily tasks, the company also required a user-friendly interface to enable intuitive operation. In addition, the software had to meet the financial requirements of the expert office.
IMPLEMENTATION
Due to AMAGNO’s numerous advantages, the company decided to get the software solution in March 2018. No obligation to pay the high acquisition in advance, the additional financing security and the protection of company’s liquidity were the deciding factors to opt for the software leasing.
