REQUIREMENTS
Vosteen Import Export GmbH had been considering the implementation of a document management system. It was crucial for the DMS to meet the legal standards before the implementation. That is, the DMS should have a legal obligation to file and archive the incoming e-mails with a relevance to the purchase contracts. Such and further advantages of the DMS mapping were found in a closer examination of the features and possibilities of the system.
IMPLEMENTATION
In April 2018, the company began to map its accounting workflows with AMAGNO. Since then, other business processes and workflows have been added.
In addition to the main goal of introducing AMAGNO to the entire company in the future, the integration of the system into the sales department is planned – AMAGNO can be used for all invoicing in the long term. Furthermore, the purchasing processes and a checklist function are also planned to be incorporated in AMAGNO.
